Quick Project To Find Long Term Php Coder

Hi there,
I'm looking for a highly capable PHP programmer for on going development work.
Most of the work will involve custom coding for use with an application called Infusion Soft so the programmer will need to be comfortable working with an API.

I have an initial project here that I will describe in a second but let me start by saying that because I am looking to form a long term relationship with someone I am not selecting a coder who is:
- Only occasionally available and won't do live chats...
- Goes missing for days with weak excuses...
- Can't stick to a deadline...
- Is not trustworthy...
- Does messy buggy coding...
When it comes to getting you paid and communicating exactly what I need you will have no problems with that...
I only have 16 reviews here on Scriptlance (and that is because once I find a coder we continue to work for a long time) but you can see that all my reviews are solid.
I treat all my freelancers with the highest respect, I am very friendly to deal and I am always available for communication and clearing up questions.
With that said, I am looking for coders who will value my time as well.
If you have a history of "internet issues that keep you offline" or work a day job so you can only code 3 or 4 hours a day then I appreciate your reading this post but this is not for you.
Nothing turns me off more than a coder who I can't see on a frequent basis.
