I need a website that allows the user to type in an address into a form and then search for reports related to that address and submit a new report if they want too.
It should look and function similar to www.bedbugregistry.com (without the adsense)
For example if a user searches for:
Street Address: 111 E Pender St
City and State/Province: Vancouver BC
Then the user clicks on the find address button. Then the website should display the reports for that address. When the user selects the address they should be able to see all the reports and submit a new report if they want. There should also be a google map that shows other reports near that address.
This project is time sensitive. If you cannot complete this project within 3 days of starting please do not bid on it, thank you.

It's a sort of directory, where I can add new pages, explain the links, etc. We'd add more features in a short term. Question: I am not sure when the data from the form should be sent, upon payment or when the customer clicks the Pay now button. It would be more useful if the data was sent only once the customer pays because we would only work with the data once the customer was payed, what are your thoughts and is this possible.

all graphics. They would need a weekly special page that they could edit at any time to add there current sales promotion(CMS). They would also like some sort of catalog that they could list items (with and without pictures) they have in a bargain barn, they probably won't sell these items online just list them for customers to come into their store to purchase. This will be a very simple site with focus on seo rich home page. I will provide all content and can do the graphics as well.
