Load External Swf Into Adobe Captivate

sive knowldge of AS2 and Flash to make it work. I have the FLA file but I dont have all the components. so....this is not a trial an error work. If you know what you are doing, it will work on first attempt or you can send the fla file back to me so I can run it locally and test it. I dont want to send all the library components for you to run it. I will have to run it for you.

Hotlinking is not a solution, its not permanent

when we load external swf s they run for the first time slower and then they speed up. how to dynamically load them to stage and duplicate them. (simple swfs with 75 frames Movie Clip)

an LMS (learning management system) SaaS/ASP provider. We do not need to have elaborate social learning or collaboration functionality, but do need scalability. So whatever we build now needs to be leveragable for future versions that will include collaborative learning, live chat, office hours, feedback, e-portals, etc...

We need SCORM compliance.

a few template that works with Adobe Captivate 2. Again this are quiz template, that must and can be implemented into Adobe Captivate 2 and must conform to Fully to SCORM/AICC.
So this person should know Flash Actionscripting, XML & Actionscript as well as Adobe Captivate.

additionally if you have not work on Flashform or Captivate 2, but have build SCORM/AICC using Flash. You can try to bid too.

arrow key progress through the timeline one frame at a time and stops. Trying to work out if its possible from the .fla its loaded into with AS to emulate at the keyboard righthand arrow key function via as every few seconds so the manually intervention of someone pressing the key can be bypassed.

I need that Scorm don't report completed if they have not been 3 hours in Course, also if they close the Course, and return the other day, time don't reset, and continue where they left.
