New Video Format Converter

Hi all. I want new video format. It should be able to convert from existing format(avi or any other) to some txt code and then be able to convert back with streaming mode.

Would also need it to be functional where advertisers could post coupons and have them post as needed in videos for random user would get email that there is a new video to watch and a coupon ready to be pickup by watching. I have a two minute google earth tour that I would like converted into a video format that I can at music too and insert into a presentation. It should take only a few minutes. I was going to do it myself by recording my screen with a screen recording software but my computer kept crashing. I would like it as soon as possible.

- pause
- skip (you can jump forward in timeline without having to wait for the entire video up until that point to load.)

convert into good quality FLV ( this step should be optional)

step 6. display the link to the new video automaticly on the homepage, The link (or videoimage) should have the name given in step 2.

When i run the software and choose a folder to watch that folder, software should keep eye when a new AVI file is coming, as soon as new AVI file appear in the folder, software should automatically start converting the video file into MP4 file ( MP4 file should be watchable via PSP, iPod, iPhone )!

I want this software to be automatic and keep eye on an exact folder for new video files.

s also good, .wmv is my main problem, all other formats I can convert with free software:

but this software don`t want work with new .wmv codec (wmv3, wmv8, wmv9) and that is problem for me...and if somebody can create only converter for .wmv files that can fix problem...
