Googledocs Api - Create Form On Site To Feed To Spreadsheet

I would like custom create form on Jreviews Composant.

- Integrate registration "Restaurateur" profile (Jomsocial) on create file for Jreviews
- Intregrate some filds on create page (Jreviews composant)
- Divide the inscription in 3 steps with a percentage bar

I wish to change form on site whereby a user can select to advertise which will allow them to input their text as it is. But then in each category a user can filter by jobs, adverts and Items

should Simple job as code is there and is a simple addition

The site is fairly basic, mostly a FAQ type site for questions and answers created by customers. You will have to locate the pages that require change and modify or create new ones.

Add contact form on website, html is ready just need to do validation and stuff. Email admin on form submission.

I have this site and want to display a Contact Us form on all the pages of the website (top, right), the form should also have a close button so it can be closed.

We are looking for data capturing on back end db. We are promoting a personality profile type web site. We have a multiple question form on site. The answers to the questions create a score and we need the score imput into our spreadsheet and the score converted into grapical report. The report needs to be sent via email automatically to client. This can probably be accomplished vis sql, cold fusion on rms access.

What we are looking for is a programmer with RoR and Github experience as well as some of if not all of the following:

RoR plugin Spree
Active Merchant / Paypal adaptive payments
Google Maps API

Any other skills like jquery, ios or html 5 are desirable as well.

As we are self funded we have $ 750 available for you to complete some or all of the tasks listed to get us to launch.

phase will be to connect to them and import the product feed and keep up to date and acurate in the oscommerce store. (this will not be a production store) Once this phase is complete and hiree is successful and proven to work with we will move on to phases 2 & 3.

I don't have a huge budget for this, but I cannot image this costing too much, I am sure it has been done 100's of times.
