Create A Crm (clone) With Some Extras

Really this is an (LRM) Lead Relation Management
The main purpose of this site is lead management for businesses. As as a prospective customer calls or sends an email throught the website of the business the phone call is recorded, it does a reverse look up on their data, address, name... ect. and it records that data in the crm, it might also transcribe the inbound call to text (just a thought). When the call shows up on caller id it chould have some kind of identifier, if possible. I know now with the current site the caller id shows up either with a "1" in front or it shows as just blank, not unavailable not blocked just blank. This gives me an idea that this is a sales call not service... Then there is an email web form also, about 50% of my leads come by phone and 50% by email. The site needs to be able to send an auto responder email back to the customer as soon as the email lead is sent. You should also be able to send group emails or auto responder emails as needed.
This CRM will need to somehow be able to record inbound telephone calls. There will need to be an announcement to the caller " this call may be monitored for for quality assurance purposes" While the business owner hears a whisper " this is a lead from your dot com lead program"... So there would also have to be a way to get new local and 888 numbers to integrate into the lead campaigns, maybe google voice could integrate with the system?
As a new lead comes in there should be the ability for the lead to enter their cell phone carrier or what ever is neaded for text message marketing.
Also when a new lead comes in the the lead getter should be able to program to recieve a text when a new lead arrives.

There also needs to be a way to enter a new lead by hand.
