I'm looking for a freelance programmer who can handle daily work in a timely, professional manner. I'm looking to pay about $ 20-30/day ($ 100-150/week). I primarily work with the following technologies:
*PHP5 (Object-Oriented)
*MySQL
*C# .NET (desktop applications)
Overall, I'm looking for proficiency in the following techniques:
*Web Scraping with PHP and CURL

*Very strong with regular expressions
Other things that are CRITICAL:
*The ability to understand english
