I need to convert a PSD design to a WORDPRESS theme. I have a database set up already.

First, there will be 2 pages. One will be a blog page with widgets on the right hand side bar.
The other page will be a page that retrieves information from a database that I set up in Wordpress.

Expected turnaround time is around 3 weeks.

1) Budget is $ 100 for 10 pages design and slice PSD to HTML. We can send current PSD design, HTML, CSS and image to you for reference. Any bid over the budget will be rejected in this case.
2) You are good at website design, and have relevant success cases.
3) We will have to ask you to design ONE page first to prove your ability if we are planning to award this work to you. So, please don't bid if you can't accept that.

I would like to convert a PSD design to a joomla virtuemart online store. I need a professional programmer because he need to customize some shipping and paypal gateway for me after converting the website.
