Asp.net Programming And Html Wanted For A Site

I have a site www.placefinders.co.uk which has been programmed with asp.net and is up and running.
How ever i wanted to redo the site so i have had the site designed by a designer and need a Asp.net programmer who knows html to get this new site up and running for me.
You need to do the html work first then the asp.net programming the job is around may be 10 to 12 hours so bid accordingly.
the new site is attached for you to look at it and get a better idea.
I had the designer to explain each page to the programmer.
Payment is as follows:
50% is paid in to Escrow
when the project is uploaded on the server ( could be yours) with the right links and working to my satisfaction the 50% will be released. when it is up on my server and running the rest of the funds will be released.
Please do not ask for any other terms for this is part of our company's rules.
