Migration Site To New Server 2

i want someone to copy site to new server, the site is joomla script.

- Must copy all file and database .
- Make sure it work .
- Only ftp and hosting control panel accesses .
- No SSH accesses for both servers .
- The site size below 250mb .

is there any question please ask before bid .

This job is about to migration a site to a new server.

The server status is :

1.new installed Server 2008 version

2.the live site files had been downloaded to the server already.(viart ecommerce version 3.6 script)

3.new domain had been ready.

4.new ip address had been ready.

What else needed, we will offer to install.

forward the domain to new server until all files have been uploaded because I cant have down time. Let me know if this is something you can do. It is very important everything is copied over teh exact way it is now and functioning correctly.

ave our site built using ocCommerce v2.2. We need someone to upgrade us to v2.3.1 and also assist in transferring the site to new servers. We are moving to servers on GoDaddy which do not support the older versions of php and mySQL used by osCommerce v2.2. The ideal candidate will live in the United States and be open to communication via telephone. We are open to candidates out of country, however they must be available via telephone.

Thing is I need my entire site moved to the new server, SSL sorted etc etc. Basically everything in order to have the site running 100% on the new server.

Am easy to work with. Will do my best to provide all necessary information. Most of the editing I've done on the site myself so I'm pretty familiar with Oscommerce but due to time constraints and not being 100% confident in my own abilities I'd much rather pay someone who can do the job properly!!
