Setup Usps Module In Virtuemart Joomla

Hi,
I need some help setting up my usps module in vm.
I get this below error when i try and process the orders. I assume thats because i didnt do more steps such the xml code. I have no clue how to do this or what it needs. I can forward the full email once ready with instructions to further setup this module. It should be simple but this is not my expertise. I think the problem is because i didnt put the api and xml part in the back end but i dont know how or what to fill in there. I am looking for someone who has experience with this as i have tried someone else before and they cant get it.
This is part of the email i got from USPS.
Your Web Tools User ID, shown above, is required to test and integrate USPS Web Tools APIs. With this ID, you may begin sending calls to the test server. Depending on the API, the address to the test server is either http://testing.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPITest.dll or https://secure.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPITest.dll. Use this information in combination with your User ID and your XML string to send a request to the USPS servers. For more details, refer to the programming guides (located at http://www.usps.com/webtools) for the specific API you are integrating.

We are unable to ship USPS as the there was an error,

Need A Php Programmer To Help Fix Page Layout Issues
layout and template css issues in Virtuemart/Joomla site and a few link issues. Will also need to create a horizontal vm category navigation menu to be positioned just under the main menu to make it easier for customers to go to product category pages. Programmer needs to have a good eye to make the user interface easier and be fast at making these changes. I would welcome any recommended changes or suggestions on how to make the site better. Ongoing projects offered all year round.

Also, the price of all my products are shown like this:

All my products have discount price. So that needs to be updated by changing the product type as well.

Need To Configure 2j Tabs Module In Joomla
ou see on the Plans page, i.e. the Windows and Linux plans, as well as the order now buttons and arrange them into the new module in a way that gives the final page a real good look and layout. The module is very versatile, and as you will see on the demo site, the design possibilities are many. Also need to be sure that we can indeed link the buy now buttons with the back end billing system.
I need this done in at least 1-2 days, the sooner the better.
