Red5 Flash Video Conference

Hi, I'm Federico Parra, CEO Garrahand Argentina.
These are the conditions and what I need:
- I give you my GUI designed in PSD (photoshop CS4), multi-layered (buttons up/down status, and so on)
- You build up an AS3, Red5 base video conference; allowing up to 13 partipants in a multi-webcam conference, and that includes many moderator/specific features.
- Preferably, you know very well Drupal; Drupal is the back-end of this Druplash (Drupal + Flash) site, so a knowledge of Drupal would be great.
- Before giving more details of the features I need to incorporate in the videoconference and before sending you the GUI screenshots, I need to see at least one implementation you already did of a flash multi-cam video conference, and also I would need a quote for a multi-cam video conference for up to 13 people; of course the final quote will be different according to the specific features I will then reveal, but at least I need a basic/general, Red5 videoconference Quote and to see a similar work made by you.

I need a couple flash videos. I have the audio. Need a professional and compelling flash video to accompany it.

I have 2 separate files, one is a video in flash (no audio) and the other is audio in flash.
Successful candidate will have to do it with the files I provide and send it back to me (milestone one) explaining how he did it. And if I like to output, the person will have to teach me how to do it.
Files must stay in flash format and must not be reencoded, meaning quality will be preserved.

Flash Video Player Interface
I need someone to build a flash video player exactly like the one attached. Video file needs to be imported from a url so we can change it out if needed with others easily. This will need all functionality as seen in the attached file. Player also needs options in the coding for repeat and stop at end.
