if you see on some pages we have the section on the top on other pages we do not have it...i need to fix that (we want to have different things on the top of each page....)

Also if you see the baby blue on the bottom of the page..that needs to be cleaned up...same as in the menu bar.

All install is done but the page does not load CSS file from phoca
This results in that all thumbs are stacked on eachother. There is no CSS ???
