Need a protein calculator similar to the bottom of this website in HTML/CSS/JavaScript:

I'm not sure of the exact algorithms being used but here are the proportion ratios respectively for Very Active, Moderately Active and Mildly Active for 100lbs:
100:75 (4:3)
100:60 (5:3)
100:50 (2:1).
Here is an sample of input and output data:
Weight / Exercise Level / Recommended Protein Intake
100 lbs at Very Active = 75 grams
100 lbs at Moderately Active = 60 grams
100 lbs at Mildly Active = 50 grams
200 lbs at Very Active = 150 grams
200 lbs at Moderately Active = 120 grams
200 lbs at Mildly Active = 100 grams
150 lbs at Very Active = 113 grams
150 lbs at Moderately Active = 90 grams
150 lbs at Mildly Active = 75 grams

I will obviously need to be able to edit prices, add products etc.

Price Calculator Component For Joomla 2.5
or component with a chained-select box that we can publish in a module. There will be 6 select box: choose language, choose country, choose ... Then, when the customer click the "check prices" button; a new page will be open with the (radio button) accomodation options and airport transfers options. Here is the "exact" example that we want: lsi.edu (copy and paste the link).

Custom Ajax / Jquery Calculator
an online calculator that accepts user input (4 variables) and user selections (3 sets of options) and calculates answer based on a mathematics equation (which I will provided). I have a working example but this needs to be extended and I can show equation in excel but need new interface designed. I think a prototype in JQuery or something would work well but open to suggestions... Need to be able to edit text etc. This is really, really urgent so please be aware when bidding, thanks.

But it would be too difficult for some whom has not done financials software before.
I think its best too for the project winner to write a few paragraphs at beginning of preject before it starts so we dont waste each others time by an unqualified person trying to do this work and not understanding task

Minor Code Change Needed In Php Postage Calculator
not there, it says "not found in database"
Usually this happens because a customer enters a postcode, where this script needs the town spelled out to work.
I would like to add an additional error when a customer types in any postcode from 0000-9999 - the error should say "please spell the suburb, no postcodes allowed"
I am pretty sure its a simple add in, just I cant do it.
I could add all of these postcodes to the mysql database but would rather not do it this way.
