and Wordpress...not someone who "knows a little bit of everything"...I need a true GURU. Further, having extensive knowledge of the wordpress taxonomy structure is a huge plus.

I can provide the basic theme, plus screenshots of what I NEED the site to look like. I have written up very specific documents on how I need the site to function.

Because most of the pages need to be very specific, chatting on Skype would be highly helpful. I need very quick turnaround.

(It needs to be seperate to the normal wp css, because the ad network want access to it.)

And then integrate it with the ads on my pages.
The ads consist of 1 headline, 1 ad text and 1 Display URL. I want to be able to set the size and colors of each line separately.
