Iphone Application Developer

We are looking for an experienced iphone developer to help us build and maintain an application that interacts with a server via RESTful JSON.
We need someone who has the following skills on the iphone development platform:
- solid track record of developing mobile applications
- experience consuming, interpreting and generating complex JSON data structures
- the ability to interact with remote JSON RESTful APIs
- excellent UI design skills (clean interfaces)
- excellent time management, and communication skills
- an advocate of agile development
- ability to provide mock-up screens and work closely with product
manager on application design
- experience with handling credit cards securely from mobile applications (first version may not require credit cards)
- able to provide ongoing support of the application (bug fixes,
feature enhancements, etc)
- experience with location based apps
- available for voice meetings over skype, when required
- experience interacting with social networking apps from the iphone, in particular facebook, twitter, foursquare and gowalla
- experience with oauth
The application would contain at a minimum, the following:
1. A search screen that queries a server, posting the phone GPS coordinates, and receiving a list of results. Results can be considered to be the first level of a hierarchical tree. The user can navigate up and down the tree, with the final interaction being the creation of an order based on items the user selects while browsing. The order would then be posted to the server as JSON.
2. A shopping cart screen
2. A screen to allow users to log into various social networks, saving oauth tokens for later use.
3. A screen containing store items that users have deemed their favorites
4. Potentially an application settings page
Along with your rough estimate of cost for developing this application, please also provide:
- a portfolio of previous applications you have developed
- your availability throughout the project
