Wordpress (CSS/PHP) and Graphic Design Needed
need a detailed graphic background that will cover several parts of the page. I am not providing any graphics. I will rely on you to produce the artwork yourself based on my description.
I will provide a very rough sketch to give an idea of how the final product needs to look together.
