General Information
We have a dealership management software (DMS) that tracks nearly all information required to run a dealership of any kind: leads, service, sales, etc. We wish to change that by creating a system that lets new subscribers create their own DMS, a la carte, based on their needs. A new edition to the software is sales and service leads generation from our marketing and search site. Based on selected criteria, leads are feed in to the DMS system.
Requirements and Legal
In order to complete this project, you must have a good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL.
The page(s) built must also support all modern browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, etc. We will require full functionality and all source code for work done. Files must be in ready to run condition (minus all authorize.net information). All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement.
All work submitted will become property of Optimum.
Work may be done on either your own private server or live on a provided test domain. All necessary files will be provided by Optimum.
The current site is hosted on a shared server by DreamHost (www.dreamhost.com).
All new customers must be created on a sub domain of our main site.

Our staff will take this finished project and add it to the Optimum front end website (www.optimum-dms.com) when they have connected our www.authorize.net account.

The page must allow our customers to choose from a variety of options (see [Project Information] section)
Build a script in PHP that will create their account on our site. This includes the following:
Copying all files needed to build their custom page
Editing these files as needed in order to show only the sections that have been purchased
Building a database on our server to contain their DMS information
Capture credit card information for our billing department (We will handle all billing information and processing
Create a form, webpages(s), that will capture leads and filer through our separate marketing site.
Revise DMS user interface based on provided designs and mockups.
Project Implementation
This must be built using our existing system and files. All files must be created using PHP. All databases will be made in MySQL.
Project Monitoring
We will require a biweekly (twice per week) report on your progress. This is to determine when the project will be completed so we may better prepare ourselves.
Project Budget
Please provide us with a quote clearly stating your price and approximately how long this will take you.
Additional Information
On completion of this proposal, we may be interested in offering more projects (i.e. – administrative back-end, customer management, content management, front-end login section).
