I need a PHP programmer to make modification on the advance search function [both functionality and UI] of my website.
The website uses this script: [ this is the original script without any modifications] you can login to admin to see the features of the script.

the scenario for a user on my website is like this:
1- User select a city on the map and filter to all ads of that city. [ the site should keep this variable until the user changes the city on the map or menu of the site]
2- User uses the advance search function to find the ads he is looking for on that city.
The exact task you should do is:
1- The advance search function should keep the search criteria of the user correctly after the page refresh and search submit. exactly like the reference site C.
2- The advance search area should look like the advance search area of website C in terms of menu, checkbox, radiobox and icons looks and placement of the objects.
I also attached the source code of the listing.php/listings.html/quick-search.html files to have a look at them in advance.

fy the terms and the urls that these terms will go to. PLEASE NOTE: this list must be easy to edit/update and not time consuming as I have very, very limited programming skills. It can be XML based or if you can figure out a much simpler way like a TXT file, that would be great also.
