Required skills: Javascript, Adobe, Photoshop, Programming, Design, HTML, Blog, CSS, Graphic Design
This is for a HTML / CSS /JavaScript Layout, Standards Complainant, 508 Compliant Website. It is two-pages, a homepage and an inner page. It should include a simple color scheme, main color is white, secondary color is red, tertiary colors for links, highlights are gray, blue and black. Think USA colors (red, white & blue).
The site will have images and will mainly feature text, so whitespace is important. Homepage links are:

gh paypal primarially however if customers use credit/debit card to buy goods, becuase we are using a UK distribution (drop service) we need their billing and shipping address to be saved so we can then buy goods and send them on to correct address. if customer does use credit/debit card im not sure what you can use but something to show payment has been successful and transferred into a bank account.
