Video Editor Final Cut Adobe Premiere After Effects

Hi,
We produce low budget video's for private and corporate use.
Because the editing is time consuming we are looking for outscoursing solutions.
We need fast and accurate editors.
Our projects have 5 to 10 gb of footage (High Definition), how can we send this over the internet?
We should be able to make changes to the montage so the best way to work is by sending us the projectfile too. We were thinking of capturing here, maybe start a rough edit and send both media and project files to you. You finish the editing and just send back the projectfile and extra's (music, pictures...) that were added.
It will be a bit difficult in the beginning but if we set up a good workflow the potential is very high. We are connected to television and moviemakers, advertisement companies... but first we focus on easy, low budget productions.

Need Video Edited Using Adobe After Effects CS5 ONLY

I have a 2 minutes commercial video that was made in adobe after effects cs5. I have the AEP file, the movie file, etc. There is a 10 second segment which shows a particular clip. I need to remove that clip, and inset another clip in those 10 seconds. You'll have to suggest some possible clips to replace that part with.

Jazz up our animation/video using After Effects
transformed to something a lot more engaging visually - with better text flyins and a lot more engaging.
We have the full quality of videos of all the shots used. We are expecting you to do it using Adobe After Effects version CS4 (probably using the rough version of the animations- because of size restrictions) and this will be replaced by us with the high quality over here.
