the mysql is installed but cant seem to get phpmyadmin to work, server is running CentOS Linux 6.2

Windows 2003 Server has just stopped connecting to the internet after the uninstalling of a WAMP server.
You will need to use TeamViewer to access my LAN computer to be able to work on the remote server machine.
Also required is a fresh install of WAMP server.

While I realize I could create users, the web manager won't allow that as an option. So, what I'd like to do is guide users to the folders they need to go to under my root FTP account.

In other words, if I have a user in Chicago and a user in Dallas, I'd like them to be to open a page and be delivered to /root/chicago or /root/dallas as appropriate.

Again, all I have is FTP access to the remote server.
