Part Time System Administrator / Tech Assistant

We are a small company based in Dallas, Texas, USA, and are in the Central Time zone.
We need a part time System Admin who has solid knowledge of both Windows and Linux servers. Our internal network is Windows based, Windows Small Business 2003. Our website runs MYSQL but on a Windows server. Our blogs and other marketing oriented sites are hosted on shared linux servers.
Duties include:
1. Keep our servers secure
2. Keeping them updated and running smoothly
3. Troubleshooting like why a computer on the network suddenly can't see another computer; or why the network is running slow.
4. Migrating blogs and other applications from one host to another
5. Ensuring all linux sites are backed up.
6. Ensuring all local Windows systems are backed up.
7. Ensuring our remote access like VNC works but in a secure manner.
8. Installing scripts
9. Setting blogs
10. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
We believe these chores would take no more than 25 hours a month.
Payment:
We will pay you $ 100 / month for 25 hours of work (unless your bid is lower :) ). Whether we have 10 hours of work or 25, you get paid $ 100 / month. When we have more work than 25 hours, you get paid $ 4 for each additional hour of work.
The first month will be a trial period. If we like the service, we will then continue forward.
Payment will be made at the end of the month, every month.
Time Zone issues:
Many a times, you will need someone to physically check a connection or card or motherboard etc. or do a cold reboot. It will therefore be best if you can be in touch with us for an hour or so during our working hours that are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. ( -6.00 GMT ). We are closed on the weekend.
