16 fields (dates and text). I expect this will be extremely straightforward for someone with Access experience. I also need a few customized reports programmed – that will allow for reports to be generated from the entered data. Nothing too fancy…just need a spreadsheet report from the data entered into the fields. I will need this done by Dec 24th.

For now, This is all we need. Once we verify the data ... phase 2 will require you to convert this to a PDA format software. That will be more better paid.

I am assuming this is done via an MS Access macro, but it really doesn't matter to me how this is done as long as I can point to a CSV file or load it in Acecss or Excel 2007, press a minimum of buttons, and export the summary report. The export would also need to tabulate for files that do not have file extensions.

The sooner this can be done, the better!

I need the Firstname and Lastname separated out as one field and without any dashes (convert dashes to spaces unless preceding a name or trailing).

I would also need the entire link assigned a field.

It would also have to parse the source file into a series of 2MB files (Preferably configurable in the script)

- The database should online on some hosting, example Amazon S3
- Only one should be able to open each post the same time to they doesn't work with the same post the same time.
- If possible have the worksheet on a website so they can work wherever they are. If web based solution, password is needed to access the database.

I need the code to be short and sweet so I can apply it to other tables as needed. A while back I had a programmer do this for me using an imported text file. In this case, however, I would like to avoid having to convert the table to a text file first but I guess that would be acceptable if needed.

EASY WORK: I have a csv file with 1.3M records. I need to replace the contents of a column for 238K specific records with the contents of the other csv file. The files are confidential so I can only send a slice. It would take about an hour for an MS Access expert to determine the best approach, then write a few MS Access SQL statements.
