Make Website Compatible With Internet Explorer 6-8 2

I have a website that doesn't quite look and work right in any Internet Explorer. I would like this fixed ASAP.

Our existing good running site with firefox doesent work with Internet Explorer 7 and higher. this got to be fixed so that it will work in both browsers.

Refer to the link above and do the GZIP compression correctly.

5. 1 js components with empty link were found.
Used Yslow and i see that an empty link is found in JS file.
It has to be removed.
