Hey All,
I need a web based online booking system. It will be used for my music business. To give you an idea of what I'm after, I would like all my artists and bands to have a login which then opens up their calendar for the month and they can see previous or future months a swell. I want each person to have an account to log in with.
As for the admin section, I would need to be able to add information to any artists calendar and be able to access their calendars too. This would allow me to organise the business better than give my artists a quick overview of their upcoming gigs throughout the weeks and months.

booking form page)will be automatically updated, sending an automatic mail and sms with the booking confirmation to
both the hotel customer manager and the customer.
Also there will be another buttom wich will hold a date for 24 hours
so in the availability calendars would appear in two colours
one is reserved and the other colour is booked (deposit paid)

the different plate number of the different vehicles, and the % of free work for each worker. We would show this calendar in a big screen in the repair shop.
Basicly everything a booking system requires.
In addition, we would need the code to be translated by us to spanish, and some options for customize the project (company logo,...) because we would need to install it in further car repair shops from our own brand in the future.

Web-based Electronic Medical Record
eed posted online for access and editing by our staff. The forms need to be saved in PDF format for emailing and printing. There needs to be a Admin pannel to add new staff as needed, and to be able to access the users accounts to review the records. The forms will need to share information between them, so that info f/ 1 form is transferred on to the other forms as needed. Attached here is a basic draft of what we need. Past experience w/ creation of EMR/EHR will be highly preferred.
