Copy Video But It Is (inside Flash Player)

Hi, I have a project here.
My client wants his tutorial video recorded because it's way too slow to stream the video.
However I look at it, it's not a .mov or .avi but the video is inside a flash player.
Meaning we either gotta download the whole entire flash and send to him.
I have YOUSENDIt.com PREMIUM so no worries about sending me big files.
Page1.jpg <-- the main page after login in
Page3.jpg <-- the pop up that appears when u click on the topics (which i did on TOPIC 1 = introduction)
Page2.jpg <-- it's a flash player , as u can see i circle them. PLAY,PAUSED(yellow color),DIRECTORY MENU(red color) and the VIDEO(orange color) itself
Let me know how u are going to do it and please bid on it.
I think the viable option is COPY The whole FLASH PLAYER with the video on it.

There are no additions of new features.
But customization/removal of a few buttons, text and URL on the player as per my needs.

but with html5 player that work without problem.

I need a custom built flash player. It must have all the usual functions. I'm open to any design, but the buttons must look nice and slick.
The key is that I need the flv video being played to automatically pause after X amount of seconds, and the video area to say "click here to continue". When clicked the video will resume, but a new window will also launch.
PS, it must continue to pause every X seconds throughout the entire video.

Simple Framed Flash Player that will play Podcasts
would be great if the podcast could also show the small square image that is sent out with podcasts..but it is not mandatory. If you have a player that could also play video podcasts, that would be wornderful! but also not mandatory.

Flash Animator needed urgently
presentation which is due on Monday and I need a flash animator to help me with some of the graphics. The graphics are already made I just need to zoom in and out and for some things to flash (i.e. light a car indicator) Would say it is half a day's work?

Need to develop a customer flash player which reads a XML config file to play the live streaming.
The flash player should not ask for a clientaccesspolicy.xml file when asked to play the stream.
If there is no flash player in the user PC it should automatically install etc feature should be similar to BitGravity player.

The player for some reason makes the background solid blue instead of white (like on the other pages), it also eliminates the side bar, and makes it impossible to actually write words above or below the player itself.
I need all this fixed...I want the sidebar to show up, I want the background on the pages to be white, and I want the ability to write on the page above or below the player.
