Ecommerce Shopping Cart System (for Existing Site)

I need an experienced, e-commerce web developer to update the e-commerce section of existing website.
The following are required features:
Multiple-Stores. The new shopping cart will have multiple stores that can be broken down to two tiers - retail and non-retail orders. Non-retail orders include wholesale and other discounted rates. Non-retail orders will be managed by sales people and not available to the public. We want to be able to apply different pricing depending on the type of order (wholesale, employee discount, school discount etc) and want to be able to add and subtract pricing rates easily. All order types will be handled in the backend with one shopping-cart workflow. Our current non-retail order process is handled via printed forms. We basically want to translate that into a dynamic web application.
Order tracking and Sale-Rep Interface. The new cart has to have easy order tracking as well as an interface for our multi-person sales team to track orders, search customer database and update customer information. We want the shopping-cart to interact with Salesforce (salesforce.com) CRM system.
Inventory. The shopping cart will need to have an inventory system to manage product on the backend with the shipping warehouse.
Shipping. The whole shipping process has to be aligned with the shopping-cart and create a smooth work flow for generating packing slips, shipping lables and keep track of inventory and allow for new inventory to be easily added or old inventory removed, discounted or bundled into special package deals.
Standard shopping cart features: the new cart must work seamlessly with FedEX, USPS, UPS and other shipping services as well as handle credit card payment processing. We currently use authorize.net for our payment processing and want to continue to do so. We want to be able to use coupons and other types of product discounts. We want to generate reports and statistics.
Quick and easy product page updates. We want to be able to add new product or make changes to our product pages easily and quickly. This might be accomplished by a CMS.
Modernize retail interface using modal windows and other Web 2.0 type features.
Speed. We want our shopping-cart to be optimized to load quickly and efficiently.
We want the new site fully functioning no later than Monday November 15th, 2010 in time for the Thanksgiving weekend.
Design and layout elements will be handled by an in-house designer. Hosting services are already provided by mediatemple.net.
We are a Macintosh house.

With the current features I don't think this will be to complicated. The system is already setup to go to the checkout process when 1 item is purchased, it just needs to be able to add multiple items together and make one payment at the end of the checkout process.
