How to send Facebook message to event of over 5000 people

i need to send message all invites of an facebook event

I am wanting a Simple php/javascript script to Take a List of Facebook ID's and be able to send them a message to their inbox.

It doesnt have to be pretty, for this is just for my own personal use.
I have over 200,000 Facebook User ID's and I want to be able to send them a message.

this software and get an id and password, once online, he will be able to get alerts when i send them with ringing tone to alert him. the alerts will be sent to all subscribers at the same time and not one by one, alerts should be received on real time and software will stay resident in the bottom of the screen once an alert is received it rings and open to show the alert.
