Easy Php Stats Script Modification

Modify Php Form Script To Cloak Emails
o do is another modification to this form. The new mod is that I need to cloak the emails that I use in the "bcc" area of the form. The line of code I'm refering to is below. The full form I use is attached so you can look it over and figure out how to do this modification. Thanks.

I copied it over to this new site and changed the paths but it doesnt work.
user visits my website enters email, and checkbox script checks for errors, if errors returns them to page with red color errors
if ok ...it writes the email to .txt file and send them to the confirmation page
this should take 1 hour or less and I need it done right now, as soon as you bid send me a yahoo instant message so I can give you the ftp info and discuss it.

user will be authorized just to buy domains. The majority of the links are already deleted on the script, just need some corrections and changes on admin side and user, and add 1/2 small things, if you want I can show the script, I need this work made in 24 hours.

stores the cookie on the users computer, when the url includes a aid= - so aid=hello has to be stored as hello in the cookie - or aid=world has to be stored as world in the cookie. Cookie Epxiration days should can be configured.
The second code snippet is in php format and will do an mysql insert when there`s that cookie on the user`s computer.
And on one page that is nice looking should be a listing of all datasets that were inserted with time, aid, user id.

top of index page. The upcoming features ads, and highlighted ads posted in certain city page should be displayed there where chosen by user. Basically the upcoming features ads, and highlighted ads posted on certain city page, should't be displayed in index page.
The admin also able to change any ads to upcoming features ads, and highlighted ads from admin panel to index page or certain city page.
Both should have a paid option for ads through paypal.

I'm looking for somebody that is very fluent with PHP & MySQL and has experience on the script from Xzero Classifieds.
The subject of activation link is not displaying correctly in mail inbox. (the link of contact form and email link too). Please find the attached file to see problems.
The category list on post ads section needs to be ordered by row, not by column.
