Looking to create a secure "basic" web-based Electronic Medical Record for small medical staffing practice. We have 7 or 8 medical forms that we need posted online for access and editing by our staff. The forms need to be saved in PDF format for emailing and printing. There needs to be a Admin pannel to add new staff as needed, and to be able to access the users accounts to review the records. The forms will need to share information between them, so that info f/ 1 form is transferred on to the other forms as needed. Attached here is a basic draft of what we need. Past experience w/ creation of EMR/EHR will be highly preferred.
