we are looking for a nice and easy plugin for wordpress multisite 3.2 and newer:

PLUGIN "bildherrschaft"
- replace the several media library by a single one for multi-site access
- create sets and name them
- access control to sets for the blogs
- show usage of an file

are you able to do the programming?

Need to upgrade Wordpress to 3.2 at a intranet site. (This is a project for eliandros)
