this http://osc4.template-help.com/drupal_31981/ , but not that girly and it wont be portal ,its gonna be news/magazine/gossip website, also should be in latest version of drupal which is 7.12 .. it will be kind of "magazine" website which people will learn gossips about city(its gonna be a local small city magazine/news website ) , design should be kind to user because people will come there to read about people gossips, news etc..

Google does and doesn't like to index. I want a sort of simplified version of the website linked, no RSS feeds or newsletter signups.

If you require any more clarification as to what I need, please get in touch before bidding. I will be choosing a suitable designer based on portfolio and if they have had any experience in similar websites.

We want to design a professional Financial News Website that will be of good standard and have America, Europe, Asia, Africa etc market pages with easy accessible administrative back end, where news can be updated and strategical advertisement posted.

We dont know how that websites decides which articles get posted in there...is it a filter, a scarping script, google alerts, rss feeds.... Your bid includes such things as well. Your bid also includes cms/admin panel, a full working site similar to the example site, but with a new design.
