create a template in same way as the sample given in clarifications board in html, and integrate it on our site, when template is tested and approved to work on our website and on our gallery tool, then you will make 3 versions of this template with other color and other name/logo.

Now I also want this website to be Public access. below the photo gallery should be a upload module. I wish people to be able to upload photos WITH OUT having to sign into the website. While upload the photos there should be three lines of text. place the photo was taken, date, and single line comment.
This website can be made by any means possible. Joomla, Java. I really don't care.

I think this is everything, let me know if you think of something else. I don't mind if you use flash but this site is all about the photos. I will be showing detailed images of really small items so it must be good.

• The site is based on a fixed window size and the background extends to fill larger monitors (like my current site). The frame stays the same, and the sections ('fashion', 'portraits', 'beauty', etc) are always visible as a menu, no matter what is being viewed.
• The menu/section names ('fashion', 'portraits', 'beauty', 'bio' etc) must operate with the rollover colour-change as it is now.

I need my shopping cart revised on my gallery website. I also need to add PAYPAL to my website as a payment possibility.

No beginners please unless you are really good and can prove that. Don't send me sites you didn't design. I am not stupid I can rule out the horrible ones right off the bat. I don't need any flash. Add descriptions (easy) and create categories.
Must be easy for a visitor to view the photos / slider.
Must look nice / modern and be compatible with all modern browsers.

The host account is linux.
