I need to ability to import various csv or excel files into my oscommerce store.

I have easy populate installed, but I need to have someone write a script or converter that will allow the csv or excel files from a retailers website with all the products, descriptions, and pictures to be easily uploaded in my oscommerce stores.

I have a few different websites where I need to have files imported from.

chosen and updated at 12pm midnight every night, chosen from the database, and never repeated.

I want to be able to have one main page that calls a random joke, and also an archive of all the jokes.
I need a simple login page where I can easily log in to add new jokes.
No real time constraints here, please post price and time.

I need the site to be relatively secure. You must develop it on your own platform, and upload the a zip folder to me so I can install it.

I understand that I would need to CHMOD the PHP script and the directory to be able to read, write and create files.
