Php Developer Needed For Website Modification

I need an expert PHP developer that is comfortable working with any type of framework and architecture.
I have a website that is already developed with full features, i need to add some extra functions.

Functions needed for design contest:
1-One portfolio tab with 2 drop down menu categories, first one should have designers portfolio gallery of work they done outside the website to show to the clients (designers need to have on their profile the ability to upload their work and that will be displayed in the gallery page of my website, and the second should include a gallery of the designs that have been done on the website already like logo design, icon design, web design etc and that I will upload myself through the admin panel but they both need to look the same in terms of CSS and style. Should look like this page http://www.mycroburst.com/portfolio
2- I want to make another link called "cool stuff" and i should be able to upload gallery of pictures with links to different websites and write up a description this is done by me and that is displayed on my website under that link cool stuff, it should look very similar to the portfolio tab above with same CSS style and format etc should look like this page http://www.mycroburst.com/portfolio
3- I want you to add additional features to the CMS where i can edit every page design and text. the function is already available but it needs more functionality. (WYSIWYG i need something that is very detailed and comprehensive, i want to be able to change from many different types of fonts, also styles, colors, add headings, sub headings i want to upload images and adjust sizes, location on the page, tables etc etc, a full featured WYSIWYG as possible. On the website admin this feature is available in a very basic format, which does nothing to help me with the website. As i mentioned i don't mind open source scripts as long as it is functions 100% correctly with no errors and SEO friendly.

Other pages need attention and need to apply same CSS of green colour used in all the website, also all text on the website need to be changed to the font “Century Gothic” etc. Also Website need to be optimized overall to load quicker and be more SEO friendly
