The website is 10 months old, has recently had the home page indexed by Google (about 6 months ago), one of the pages is a PR 1, the homepage is a PR 0, and the two keywords have been researched to show moderate competition. They aren't easy keywords to rank for, but they're not difficult either.
Because the domain is relatively new, when building links, try not to get the website sandboxed, or slapped please! This means you should take your time and build links slowly, at least 60 days on this project will be necessary (however, this is negotiable). This also means that if you use any illegal tactics, there's a good chance that Google WILL find out (because it's new domain), so no black hat techniques, and be very careful when link building. If the website is sandboxed for a period of 2 weeks or more, you WON'T get PAID!
The keyword has been meticulously researched and the ON-Page SEO of the website has been fully optimized. We have used only SEO optimized descriptions, Meta tags, etc. A lot of research has already gone into this, and we have in-depth knowledge of both on and off-page SEO. We have done the on-page SEO ourselves (everything is set up for off-page SEO and link-building), but we simply don't have enough time to do all the different types of off-page back linking.

8. No Robots.txt blocking, fake PR, link farms, link schemes, etc.
9. No links that damage the image of the website.
10. Links should mainly be from related and relevant sites (so we can see direct targeted traffic as a result of the linkbuilding).
11. No sites under construction.
12. All back links from English speaking sites (can be from any region or area, just make sure they're english speaking sites).
13. Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, ping sites, etc.
14. No links placed on hacker, pharmacy, FFA sites, Illegal, Adult, Violent, Pornographic, Gambling, Sports, Poker, Bingo or related websites.
