I am looking for some help to debug my wordpress blog.

There 2 bugs:
1- Some pages previously deleted keep reappearing after some time.
2- The posts won't appear on the posts page

The theme is a modified version of the famous theme "Manifest"

code because it is not showing most of the time. The ads by Google are not showing half the time and when someone clicks on a post, there should be 3 banners 300x250 showing on top. The middle banner is supposed to be a Google ad. Half the time nothing shows up.

Now, after the upgrade, all I get is a blank screen when visitng any of my blog pages.
