Flash Banner For My Site

I own a penny auction website and I would like to have a flash banner as my header in my site. At the moment I have a simple image banner. I will need the banner to have 3 buttons, each with information within the banner when clicked on. The banner needs to be capable of having a youtube video played inside. The site is for women, so I need a designer who can relate to that. I have some examples that I will supply to the winning bidder. Once the banner is complete, I will need a copy of the original file for future edit. Thank you and happy bidding!
