Please create a website logo and home page per specs contained in two documents attached. Please read both attached documents before placing your bid.

All information concerning what we are expecting for the logo and website will be given to each of the freelancer after finishing this bid.

We want to received first proposals on Thursday and the final deadline for this project is Sunday the 19th of January.
If our client accepts one of our proposals, the freelancer who's design is accepted will be hire to complete the whole project.

I need a home page design done for a directory website related to private investigators. The design should be fluid by which I mean that I should be easily able to incorporate it within my code. All sections should be customizable and replaceable with different content without affecting the rest of the page.

The most important section would be the header. I would be expecting atleast 3 samples.

I need the whole site to be conformed to the new look and menu functionality. It may require adding several new pages since the menu will work slightly differently than on the existing website. I will also need a couple minor changes on some pages. I want all the meta tags and SEO stuff stay intact, so my search engine indexing does not change after this makeover.
