I am looking for a Fast Relaible coder that is able to create a Penny Auction Site with My logo redsigned, Paypal configured, protection against cross scripts, Sql injection protected, and full source code released for future alterations. I am looking for more of a SWOOPO Platinum 2011 Theme, with the option to change the colors on the fly. If you have someting similar and willing to redesign with my logo and customizations then thats fine too as long as it all legal with licsense. Here is what i'm looking for however I and leaning more torwards something that is from scratch.

I would like to lean torward a Bidcatus clone with Black Theme, with black bid buttons and the flashing red when the bid is about to end and one flash of red when a bid is added or the time is added.I would like Altered banners to display the status such as Beginner,Advanced,Penny Sense,Lightning,Sold,Going,Coming Soon,Unique,and Charity. CMS Admin Panel,WYSIWGY Editor, the abilty to add in pictures without having the pictures become pixelated. I may have other requests as well along the way,I will need installation,Mobile compatabilty if you have the expertise. Swoopo clone scripts lag, Im looking for something more stable. Please let me know what you are able to do. If your over 500 please dont post,Id rather go commercial at point with something like pennyauction soft (799) since they have the best feature and security and alter the templates to my liking. Let know what you have to offer and some examples please. I will not pay up front for progammers with no feedback (FYI) and not choose anyone with unstable feedback.
