I want a good WordPress Video Gallery Plugin that's already existing and someone to add pre-roll ads to start before the actual videos play. So the pre-roll video ads would be like 15 seconds which the user is forced to watch so they can't fast forward it. Once the ad is done, then the video they selected plays. The pre-rolls would have to be random so if I have 5 pre-roll ads, they play randomly.

added as English subtitles to the video. Ideally, you would be using Sony Vegas so that you could send the edit file of the text to me which I would add to my video timeline of the final projects.

You will need to have excellent English skills, and to be able to add the subtitles exactly, with the correct timing.

Please state if you would be using Sony Vegas Pro to complete this project, and if not, what you would suggest.

I don't know what would be better, to use the Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder or the script own encoder (open to suggestions regarding performance, server load and bandwidth)

We want to play preroll ads from OpenX to Flowplayer usiing OVA AS3 plugin.

uld be done with HTML and HTML ALONE, no plugins at all, using HTML5.

the idea is that the final product would work in Iphone, Ipad, Android, Mac, PCs and Linux, because all of them support HTML5.

The communication SHOULD BE PEER-TO-PEER; OpenTok is an example of NON peer-to-peer videoconference: it have TONS of latency and therefore, "echo". What I need is peer-to-peer communication to avoid that latency.
