Need New Features Added To Existing Php/mysql Script

I had a PHP/MySQL script custom made by a member here on ScriptLance roughly 6 months ago to keep track of my online sales.
I run an online pet store on eBay and an ecommerce website. I keep track of my customers info, cost, profit, tracking numbers etc. I can follow up with my customers by email to make sure they are happy with the product and I can even process the orders through my distributors.
I would like some features fixed and some new features added to this script but the original programmer is not responding to my emails. This is why I need to find a new programmer that can fix his errors and add some new features.
- Add a search feature so that I can find customer info fast.
- Add product specific follow-up emails.
- Add a surcharge fee to the add transaction page.
- Add a status called "Verified" to the status drop down box.
- Add multiple items per transaction capability.
- When I edit the price of a product, the fees don't recalculate.
- Change the total cost to product cost on the sales pages.
- Remove everything about inventory and local sales (no longer needed).
- When I click "Canada" it does not open an email on ecommerce page.
- When I delete an item, the transaction info is lost.
- The totals do not calculate properly on the reports page.

Bug fixing + New features added for a PHP script

The winning bidder will have to do very thorough testing of everything and go through ALL the code - I do not want any bugs to remain or any new ones introduced. Also, you will have to remain available after you install the finished product just in case any unexpected issues come up that you will need to fix quickly (but I am hoping that this script will be 100% tested thoroughly and all the bugs eliminated).

Need some features added to my php script

3- Once image is uploaded, the person who wants to download the imagei showuld be provided with all the resolutions and when the downloader click on a resolution, the images automatically gets cropped.
4- The images must open in a new page instead of simple .jpg link
5- Some other very small features which already exist in pt somewhere but I don't know how to enable them

If billing and shipping address does not match for a yahoo transaction, automatically mark the status as "Problem".

ready know, whenever a bid is placed the time goes up a few seconds, I want to have a cap on how far the time can go up so when
multiple bids are placed the timer can not exceed past a set amount of time, ex. 30 seconds.
