I need a basic Ruby on Rails web app developed that is similar to stackflow, but different. The web app should be written in Rails 3.0 and Ruby 1.9.2. Core functionality of the app:
•Post projects
•Allow for bids and commentary
•Make payments via paypal, visa/mastercard
•Create profiles for users and allow users to be ranks
•Allow for facebook and google connect for account creation
Code will be checked into github and we'll use heroku for the server.
I am paying a maximum of $ 600 for the app.
