I have an access database that I currently distribute with runtime to allow users who have not purchased access to run the software. I want to move the application online. I would like to have a call to discuss:

I have an Access database in which projects are administrated. These projects have several principals.
Here's what I want: I somehow want to export data from my access-database to the web. On the web, my principals should be able to log on and see the status of their project.

Live Excel Publish To The Web
not want a process that requires the user to refresh or do anything from within their browser. I also do not want to have to save the excel sheet for updates to be reflected and expect the data to be read/pushed immediately there are any changes in the cell contents.

I am not a programmer and therefore would require a turnkey solution for this. We have tried Editgrid but it keeps locking up and freezing the computer. We would need to update 200-400 pieces live data although we derive formulas from this data as well so a way to stream data to another spreadsheet may be optimal.

We need to be able to change 3 of the FORMS and 4 of the macros once a year.
These changes can be made and sent to the user as an update

the FORM views and upload more data into the current 9 fields. There would not be any more additions to the current fields.
These changes are to be done by administrators only and thus the need for a password system on the .EXE file so that users cannot add, edit, change, delete or make any other changes to the data.

We need the same thing done for directory submissions, press release submissions, video submissions, forum profiles and comment, so from on the main project details screen it will have these as buttons which then links the info.
Basically this will aid our company so we know the exact submission stage for each site and so do our clients.

1)add a section where I can make notes in point form
2)add a section where I can make a list of clients that I can print out
3)add a formula that will be able to calculate labor% I will be providing the formula
4) have the ability to print the entire database in a way the is economical in terms of the amount of paper
Please find the attached database. Also I am open to suggestions on how to get a more efficient database.

Microsoft Access Database
to design and build an access database that will help me keep track of my employees, customers, batches scanned, boxes, and files. Employees will have to log in order to access the database and their login and log off hours will need to be logged. Batches, Boxes, and Files have to be unique to the customer but not to the database. I started designing the database but was unable to finish due to time. Attached is what I was able to come up with. I need something better and complete. Thank you
