I have a template here

I'd like the information from the current website implemented into the template. The original website owner will be eventually providing me with more text and graphics, so for the time being, please just use latin "filler" text in areas that aren't provided, and use duplicate images.
I'll need a working HTML website from this - and the PSD file's in case I need changes made later on.

Form layouts should be designed properly and should be viewable in all the browsers
Use EM's for the font size.
As I am on low on budget. I will consider reasonable rates + the site is template driven.

Website Redesign 2
Our current website must be redone. We need a template in Microsoft Expressions with 8 pages. We will write the content, just need the shell. We do require a dynamic contact page that will allow us to gather information about visitors, if possible. This should be a simple project for a good programmer. Please include links or samples of your work.

The photo of the woman at the supermarket is only a placeholder and can be changed. The multiple images of the cash register in the middle need to be replaced with appropriate images.

0-30 template files (php and html). Everything must be redesigned or improved..error messages, buttons etc. This project is urgent. Message me, I will give you the name of the site, and then I would like for you to send me your portfolio and some design ideas you have for improvement of the site.
