Example of script working:
I submit the word "Vampires" as my main folder
I include CSV, which includes the data A001 Images ; A002 Gallery
I click to proccess: A folder vampires is created, then inside it, 2 folders are created: Images and Gallery. The index.php on those subfolders include the modified data from the code I included.

I also need some help the PHP form that creates the unique ID, I need an email address form field added, and the ability for visitors to have the script email them their own unique URL if they provide an email address.

We have ffmpeg installed and need someone to create a script to make 1 movie playable.
