We have a real estate website that performs home search functions.
We would like a simple PHP script modified.
Details in attachment.

- Start a process, save the pid in a txt document/sql table, then a button for killing the pid (kill -9 pid for example)

- I would also like to know (demonstrate it in the script) how to read, and do changes to a txt file on the server (for example with the nano command).

- Easy to understand documentation for a basic/beginner programmer

I need a simple PHP script to upload CSV files to mySQL.

I can do it with PHPmyAdmin but I'd like a faster method.

The format of my import files is always the same. I just want a Browse Button to select the file and and Import Button to do the rest.

2. Visitor is taken to a 100% iframe page showing another website. This iframe page is where my php pop-up script is located.

I want the pop-up script to appear only if the visitor exits before ordering. I do not want the pop-up script to appear if the user exits to place an order.

em from the list, and get a details page, where I can edit the form details and view the file paths of the uploaded files based on the URL of the application. So this is a pretty basic database search list detail/edit page project, the only complication is the 2 uploaded files and the use of an upload progress bar.

I could probably do this myself, but I just do not have the time to learn about jquery and php uploads, but the database stuff is easy, so please bid accordingly.
