I need a simple search form in php or javascript to do the following:
I have a set of pdf files uploaded to a folder called 'members' on my server. mydomain dot com / members
Each file is named according to membership number which is numeric. e.g. 001.pdf, 002.pdf, etc
The seacrch form should be able to list the files that meets the search result so that I can click on the relevant file to open or print.
If no file is found should display 'File not found Message'
If more than one file is fouund, should list all the files's in a clickable format
Should be able to search a range such as "Date of Birth Between: DOB1 and DOB2" or "AGE between 30 and 50"
The search criterial could be ANY or ALL of the following.
First Name
Last Name
Membership Number
Date of Birth
AGE (to be calculated from DOB)
Location

Php or Javascript Comparison Calculator
ed a web calculator, written either in PHP or Javascript. The calculator will compare the price of DIESEL fuel vs BIODIESEL fuel.
It will take an input for the user (Average gallons of diesel used) and then multiply that by the price of diesel. It will also multiply that by the price of biodiesel. The user will then see the price of diesel and the price of biodiesel. Then, with subtraction, the PRICE difference will be shown as "Possible Savings =".

Quick Flash Or Flex Job

Prefer to have the Flash embedded into an HTML page (just reuse the provided HTML page).
Needs to be done in the next couple days.

in the first step was 12:00 AM and in this page shows 12:00 AM which not correct and for return you have entered 12:00 PM and in this page shows 12: AM (which should be 12:00 PM)
