Not an MLS site. Need a simple real estate listing site for local builders. Search by: Builder; community; zip code; amenities, price, # bedrooms, etc.
Home page to have video link for Featured homes/communities, and link/tab to list of related services/advertisers. Clicking on picture of featured home on the Home-page will launch video. Also, mortgage calculator and RSS feed for current interest rates.
Page with list of builders and current specials/incentives. Each builder to have builder info/profile link. Listings search results to have link to mapping site.
Need banner on each page.
Need easy content management to upload picture galleries and Home page listing picture/video; update builder lists, home listings, and current incentives/specials.
Most likely host at GoDaddy. When bidding, describe the program proposed and CMS to be used.

is not a need, just a wish. I would like to be able to have google ads for real estate in each city, or county. I would also like to be able to sell each city or county page to a real estate agent, so I would need to be able to have a generic city or county page, then a design for an agent active page featuring an agents information.
